Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Ready-to-ship (in-stock) artworks and idols are typically processed and dispatched within 2-5 days of order confirmation. Custom commissions and bespoke Kula Deivam paintings take 3 to 6 months of dedicated artisan work before the piece is ready for dispatch, depending on size and detailing.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

We courier all over India from our Coimbatore studio. Standard domestic delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch, through trusted courier partners.

3. International Shipping

We ship our masterpieces globally. International shipping times vary between 10-21 business days depending on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes of the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Packaging and Insurance

Every masterpiece is packed with sacred care using export-grade, multi-layered protective casing and reinforced corner shielding. Every high-value commission is fully insured against transit damage, ensuring your investment is protected until it reaches your door.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a digital tracking key and a link to trace your package will be sent to your registered email address and phone number.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

In the highly unlikely event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will initiate a prompt investigation and arrange for a restoration, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
