Genuine Tanjore paintings are labor-intensive: each piece involves hand-applied gold foil, relief work (embossing) with a gesso paste, natural pigments, and a solid wood base, taking artisans days to weeks per painting depending on size and detail.

We use multi-layered protective casing with reinforced corner padding, designed for both domestic courier and international freight, so your piece arrives undamaged.

Standard, non-customized items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for customers within India, unused and in original packaging (an unboxing video is required). International orders and custom/bespoke commissions are not returnable. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement.
